AYC-HEP Assistant Director Job Announcement
The Higher Education Program in the Andrew Young Center [AYC-HEP] at Morehouse College and the Bard Prison Initiative [BPI] are pleased to announce the establishment of a Faculty Fellowship to support the higher education in prisons program. Morehouse College seeks a faculty fellow who will support the AYC-HEP program in the form of teaching, academic advisement, faculty training, student mentorship, and the supervision of day-to-day operations and educational programming inside the Federal Correctional Institution—formerly the US Federal Penitentiary—in Atlanta [FCI-ATL].
This person will serve as the primary liaison between the AYC-HEP program at Morehouse and our students as well as the staff inside the FCI-ATL. The BPI/AYC-HEP Faculty Fellow is a full-time faculty position within the Andrew Young Center at Morehouse College. Apply by December 1, 2024 to receive full consideration.
