The Andrew Young Center for Global Leadership creates opportunities for faculty and students to pursue research, civic engagement and service, and global experiences. The Center offers multiple student programs and engages faculty in leadership development opportunities.
Opportunities
The Andrew Young Center for Global Leadership (AYCGL), in partnership with a coalition of community leaders and organizations known as the Dream Keepers, invites Atlanta-based nonprofit organizations, grassroots initiatives, and community groups to apply for Dream Keepers Mini-Grants. These grants are designed to support innovative, community-driven projects that strengthen and uplift neighborhoods across the Atlanta area.
The Social Justice Scholars Program is an initiative of the Andrew Young Center’s Institute for Social Justice Inquiry and Praxis. The purpose of this opportunity is to expose students to fields and training related to local and global social justice issues. The social justice program takes a holistic approach to training students to pursue careers related to social justice.
The Andrew Young Center is pleased to announce an opportunity for service and leadership in the Higher Education in Prisons [AYC-HEP] Student Ambassador Program.
