The AYCGL hosts a series of public lectures in leadership. Lectures in this series have featured Dr. Robert Franklin, former President of Morehouse College and author of Moral Leadership, Dr. Walter Fluker, former director of the Leadership Center and author of Ethical Leadership: The Quest for Character, Civility, and the Community, Dr. Clayborne Carson (Stanford University), and Senator Raphael Warnock. Most recently, in the Spring of 2024, a series of public lectures was delivered by Ms. Pamela Winn entitled “Policy Advocacy within the Democratic Process” (see here).
